Материалы трудов конференции публикуются после завершения конференции.
По желанию участника конференции и решению Программного комитета конференции материалы участников могут быть опубликованы в виде статьи:
— на английском языке в Сборнике трудов конференции «Reference materials in measurement and technology» в электронном виде на сайте международного издательства Springer www.springer.com с последующим представлением материалов статьи для индексации в международные базы данных Scopus и Ei Compendex;
— на русском языке в журнале «Эталоны. Стандартные образцы» www.rmjournal.ru (входит в перечень журналов ВАК, Russian Science Citation Index на платформе Web of science).
УСЛОВИЯ ПУБЛИКАЦИИ
Тезисы докладов дополнены и оформленные в виде статьи, в соответствии с требованиями предъявляемыми к статьям допускаются к публикации в сборнике «Reference materials in measurement and technology» при условии:
- Основной автор статьи представит материалы статьи в докладе на конференции (очно или online). Отсутствие автора статьи на конференции является основанием для отказа в публикации его работы.
- Редакционный коллегия (состоящая из членов Программного комитета) оставляет за собой право отказать в публикации авторам чья статья, не соответствует тематике, научному уровню и/или требованиям предъявляемым к статьям.
- Статья ранее не должна быть нигде опубликована и не должна быть представлена для рассмотрения в другие изданиях (или дано объяснение в комментариях). Мониторинг несанкционированного цитирования осуществляется с помощью систем «Антиплагиат».
- Статья публикуется на английском языке.
- Представляемая для публикации статья должна быть актуальной, обладать новизной, содержать постановку задач (проблем), описание основных результатов исследований, полученных автором, выводы.
- Все статьи обязательно подлежат двойному «слепому» рецензированию (рецензент и автор не знают имен друг друга) и редактированию (научному и литературному).
- По результатам процедуры рецензирования и редактирования, статья рассматривается на заседании Редакционной коллегии. Редакционная коллегия принимает одно из следующих решений:
– статья рекомендуется к публикации в том виде, в каком она была опубликована;
– статья рекомендуется к публикации после редактирования на основе рекомендаций редакционной коллегии;
– статья нуждается в дополнительном рецензировании другим специалистом;
– статья не может быть опубликована в сборнике. - Плата за публикацию не взимается.
Принятая к публикации статья публикуется в Сборнике «Reference Materials in Measurement and Technology» в электронном виде на сайте международного издательства Springer www.springer.com. Статья публикуется на английском языке. В случае необходимости редакция самостоятельно организует процедуру перевода статьи на английский язык.

The book covers in particular state-of-the-art scientific research about product quality control and related health and environmental safety topics, including human, animal and plant safety assurance issues. These conference proceedings provide contemporary information on the general theoretical, metrological and practical issues of the production and application of reference materials.
Reference materials play an integral role in physical, chemical and related type of measurements, ensuring their uniformity, comparability and the validity of quantitative analysis as well as, as a result, the objectivity of decisions concerning the elimination of technical barriers in commercial and economic, scientific and technical and other spheres of cooperation.
